Option 1 - Shopping Cart with OFFLINE payment functionality - £79.99 This cart is suitable for those businesses who do not wish to set up a Worldpay online payment facility with the extra costs that this entails. The cart is fully integrated by us into your website and we input all your products (including product images), prices and delivery charges (if applicable). The customer selects their chosen items and is given a total payment price. Their contact and delivery information is then captured and sent to you via email. You can then contact the customer directly and obtain their card details for input into your own PDQ terminal. Of course, you can also discuss with your customer about payment via other means such as cheque or postal order. In addition, to this, both our carts are designed so that you can add new products, delete old ones, add new images, change prices, put in a special offer etc. etc. No special technical knowledge is required to administer the cart after initial installation. This means you have complete control over your e-shop and do not have to worry about any extra costs in asking somebody else to change the cart for you. Option 2 - Shopping cart with ONLINE payment functionality via Worldpay * - £149.99 As above The difference with this cart is that it is integrated with Worldpay and is constructed to comply with both their regulations and standard e-commerce practice. When making a purchase, customers are given pricing and product information before being transferred over to to the Worldpay secure server to make payment. It should be noted however, that it is the responsibility of the customer to set up their own Worldpay account themselves. There are costs associated with this and businesses thinking about offering this method of payment to their customers, may wish to familiarise themselves with the current fees charged by Worldpay to ensure that they are fully aware of the total cost of being able to take payments online. Current Worldpay information may be found on the Worldpay website. Although it may seem that the initial charges to set up a Worldpay account AND enable a shopping cart are relatively high, you should remember that in setting up a facility with Worldpay, you are NOT having to pay for your own secure server (to capture customer card details) and, you are benefitting from the fraud screening options that Worldpay offer.
